Northern Rock Cyclone

Northern Rock sponsors ‘The Northern Rock Cyclone’ a weekend festival of cycling stretched over 3 days in Newcastle and around the beautiful Northumberland countryside. 2007 was the first year that Northern Rock has been involved as main sponsors. The main highlight of the event is the Beaumont Trophy, which has been won in the past by some of cycling biggest names, including Malcolm Elliot (2006) and Evan Oliphant (2005).
