Northern Rock Foundation
A charitable foundation, The Northern Rock Foundation, was established under the terms of Northern Rock's conversion from a building society to a plc in 1997. The Northern Rock Foundation has been guaranteed a minimum income of £15 million per year in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
